The electric characteristics of High Voltage Epoxy Bushing Well (Transformer bushing)(TR03) meets IEEE Std. 368 and IEEE Std 596. Its interface dimension meets IEEE Std. 368, Fig. 3 200A and provides oil loss protection property.

Oil loss protection device:

The connection terminal of bushing well provides a silicon rubber elbow well. The well will be filled insulation oil when transformer is implanted transformer oil. The elbow well is always full fill insulation oil good insulation property even the transformer loss its oil, this property keeps the terminal in good insulation never flashover cause by shorten creapage after lack of insulation oil. TR03 silicon rubber tube has enough space for two 125mm² wire, easy assembly without any extra treatment.

Conductor seal device:

To prevent the unexpected leakage-after long time used or inappropriate operaton, from the interface between central conductor and expoxy. We use special bonder on the conductor surface before casting to have a wonderful junction between the conductor and epoxy. We put an oil seal O-ring on the conductor end. This O-ring meets CNS3550 CII high temperature, oil resist standard.

Shield layer:

The electrically connecting of junction face between bushing well surface, conducting shield of bushing insert and fixing steel plate shall meet the shield resistance and fault current initiation test. TR03 use plasma coating technical to make an aluminum alloy coating layer on the surface of bushing well. It provides very effective shielding.

Materials:

The material of TR03 central conductor is high conductivity copper. The jacket material of conductor is casting C class temperature resist, good electric performance epoxy and fills with UV filler, has very nice whether resist and mechanical characteristics. The insulation temperature class of silicon rubber elbow well is H class.
